Here’s the lowdown from Round 2’s fierce matchups of the grading rounds:

U10 Girls: Enjoyed a well-earned bye this round.
U10 Boys: Showed grit but fell short to Burnside Heights, 7-21.
U12 Girls: Tough outing against Pascoe Vale, going down 0-98.
U12 Boys: Faced a strong challenge from Essendon Doutta Stars, finishing 1-101.
U14 Girls: Had a hard day on the field against Pascoe Vale, 0-80.
U14 Boys: Battled hard but were edged out by Marby, 32-51.
U14 Boys (2nd team): Bounced back with a solid win over Marby, 46-19.
U16 Boys: Secured a gutsy win against Hadfield, 69-50.
U16 Boys (2nd team): Gave it their all but were overtaken by Greenvale, 18-93.
U16 Girls: Dominated with a spectacular 124-0 victory over Greenvale.
U16 Girls (2nd team): Played their guts out against Craigieburn, but faced a 0-79 defeat.

It’s great to see so much positive support from the sidelines. Let’s keep that energy going and support our teams into round 3!
