Things are starting to heat up at the Valley with a huge weekend coming up in the form of ANZAC Day and our Royal Stacks FUNdraising weekend.

In this edition you’ll find a summary of Round 2 results, the fixtures for Round 3, our Royal Stacks MVP of the week, the plan for our Royal Stacks FUNdraising weekend, the who and what for our Friday Night Bites menu, events updates and opportunities to get involved with the club to help it continue to grow and support our community at the Valley.


ROYAL STACKS FUNdraising WEEKEND
Some of the Royal Stacks team will be down on Friday night to take our training FUN to the next level. Come and spin their wheel or try to win the handball target and longest kicking competitions to be in the running for some giveaways!
Also, this ANZAC Day weekend, why not come down to Ormond Park on Saturday and cheer on the Women’s teams (U19s @ 9:45am, Reserves @ 11:30am and Seniors at 1:30pm) in the second instalment of their prime time ANZAC Day fixture against Aberfieldie. After that, or after your game on Sunday, why not head to Royal Stacks Moonee Ponds and use the code “MOONEEVALLEY2026” in store to get a 10% discount on your entire bill with $1 from every burger coming back to the club.

Our target is to hit 100 burgers over the weekend - can we do it? I’ll let you know next week 🙂

We are still on the look out for volunteers in the following roles:
-Under 8s coordinator
-Junior merchandise coordinator
-Junior wellbeing advisor (1 role remaining)
-MVFC website manager
